Solid Waste Recycling 5-20T/D Waste plastic tyre pyrolysis plant for fuel oil
Waste tire/plastic pyrolysis plant is a technique which heats waste tires or plastics in a sealed reactor vessel to be pyrolyzed into oil gas, uncondensable gas and carbon black, for tires, also have steel wire. The oil gas then go through a water circulating cooling system to be cooled down to oil, which is a good heating fuel used in industries. The uncondensable gas is usually recycled to heat the reactor or collected for other heating use. Carbon black could be made into pellets for burning and heating, just like coal, or refining for making new rubber products. Steel wire could be sold to the recycle station or steel mill for remelting.

The waste pyrolysis plant can process various kinds of waste plastic including pp , pe , ps , abs , rubber products ,tires to fuel oil , carbon black , steel wire.
Tyre pyrolysis is: the process of converting waste tyre rubber into industrial fuels like Pyrolysis Oil, Carbon Black and Hydrocarbon Gas.
Tyre pyrolysis involves subjecting Tyre to high temperature of 400 to 450 degree Celsius, in absence of oxygen. In case of oxygen is present tyre will start burning. During pyrolysis tyre breaks down into smaller molecules of pyrolysis oil, pyrolysis gas and carbon black. Pyrolysis is great a way of recycling waste plastics. This plant can also used for waste plastic recycling.
Output product from the waste pyrolysis plant
From waste tire pyrolysis plant, 4 kinds of products can be obtained: fuel oil, catbon black, steel wire, and incondensable gas. Fuel oil is widely used in industries, such as steel factory, heavy oil generator, cement factory, and boiler heating etc. Carbon black can be made into pellets for making new rubber products. Steel wire could be sold to the recycle station or steel mill for remelting. The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor, saving energy.
Working proccess of the waste plastic pyrolysis plant
1. Put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor. Do not stop heating the reactor when the temperature reaches nearly 250 degree Celsius, waste tyre will be transferred to oil gas.
2. The oil gas will be cooled by condenser to liquid oil then collected by oil tank.
3. The exhaust gas which can not be cooled to liquid oil will be recycled to heat the reactor. Smoke produced during processing can achieve national emission standard through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.
4. After oil producing finished , give 3 hours for cooling the reactor,after that carbon black will be discharged automatically.
